We help our Clients (government, private and public corporations in the United States) interview and hire professionals in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.

This is a remote fulltime position and can be based anywhere in Ukraine. The salary is paid in US dollars from the first day of work (including training period) plus bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Select qualified Candidates for our Clients with the online tools and training we provide
- Cooperate with HR Specialists/Recruiters on selecting the best Candidates for our Clients

Requirements:
- Required level of English: Upper Intermediate or higher
- Creative and independent thinking/problem solving
- Strong online research skills
- Strong computer and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Quiet home office
- A personal laptop (we will cover the monthly internet expense)
- Availability to work a fixed schedule of full time (8 hours) either from 3:00 pm until midnight Kyiv time, or from 5:00 pm till 2:00 am with a 1-hour lunch break. Certain flexibility may be provided to successful candidates.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

Equipment requirements:
- Internet speed no less than 5 Mbps both download/upload
- Laptop
- Min RAM 4 GB
- macOS or Windows 7 or higher
